Onsite Support

We’re Certified to support the broad range of Microsoft Server Technologies. Whether your environment is a few interconnected workstations, or involves many virtualized servers, we have the experience you need.

The Cloud

Cloud based services aren’t just trendy, they can be an amazing resource to provide Enterprise Class Technology at a reasonable price. We utilize our own hosted solutions, as well as 3rd party solutions, such as Office 365 with Lync Integartion to fit all of your needs.

A Personal Touch

We have great technical experience, but most importantly we focus on smiling, laughing, and providing our professional work with a human touch. Your satisfaction and understanding of the job, is our number one priority..

Please contact us to setup your free onsite consultation!

We want to work with you to understand your business and design technology solutions that don’t just work well, but increase your productivity and profits!

Our diverse experience includes wired and wireless network equipment including firewalls from simple to very complex, Network Attached Storage (NAS) devices, small and medium size server hardware, workstations, laptops, tablets, the whole suite of Microsoft Server software (SQL, Exchange, Terminal Services, Active Directory, File/Print services, DNS/DHCP, VPN, etc.), desktop software and applications, honestly everything under the sun. This experience positions us to support just about any small and medium size business environment.  We provide computer support in Bozeman, but also most of Gallatin and Park counties.

We have designed and delivered complex hosting solutions to a broad range of customers, and for awhile branded and ran our own, Hosted Business Server, which has since sold and been rebranded. These services include Exchange email hosting, web hosting, Lync SIP based phone system hosting, cloud based backup, and full Terminal Server based business infrastructure hosting. Through designing and maintaining these systems we have gained strong experience in managing densely packed virtualized systems in a datacenter environment. We are also happy to work with 3rd party solutions from Microsoft, GoDaddy, Network Solutions, etc.

All of our staff have industry certifications from companies such as Microsoft, Cisco, HP, and Sonicwall. Having these businesses as partners provides us with important resources to quickly resolve any problems as they arise.

Balanced BT provides us with personalized support and IT solutions that are customized to fit our needs and budget.  They are consistently reliable and quick to respond.

Andrew Blessing

Hello, I’m Andrew Blessing. I’ve been working as a Small Business IT consultant since 2002.  During that time I’ve learned what works, and what doesn’t.  And most importantly that every business has different IT needs. Whether you want monitoring or just want to call when something goes wrong, support contracts or ad hoc labor, online and hosted services or your own servers, full consulting or just help with one aspect of your technology infrastructure, we can tailor a solution just for you! I moved to Bozeman in 2010 to enjoy the mountains.  I’ve been incredibly lucky and am now married to a local and am committed to raising a family here in Bozeman.   I’m pleased my business is home here as well.
